The 2 Live Crew Is What we Are is the first album by hip-hop group, The 2 Live Crew. It was produced by Mr. Mixx, creator of The Miami Bass Sound. The album was released on Luke Records to a great deal of controversy and was quickly certified gold by the RIAA. It includes the hits: We Want Some Pussy and Throw The D. We Want Some Pussy was later featured in the movie, Project X.
