No other recording in singer/songwriter Beth Hart's entire career does a better job of capturing her spontaneity and performance acumen than 2007's 37 Days. Highly revered for her visceral vocals and dynamic range, the entire album was recorded and mixed in only 37 Days and laid down with her touring band at the time as if it were a live performance. It's a first-rate collaboration of trusted and respected musicians that includes Jon Nicholas on guitar, Tom Lilly on bass and Todd Wolf on drums and percussion, while the talented Danish producer Rune Westberg document it all with aplomb.
