A Force of One

It seems that undercover narcotics officers are being taken out by a ruthless karate killer, so martial arts champion Matt Logan (Chuck Norris) is recruited by the cops to train them in hand-to-hand combat. When his adopted son is killed, Logan takes matters into his own (deadly) hands and decides to catch the murderer himself.
