Jake is a young air traffic controller who makes a critical mistake on the job one day. As a result of his error, two women lose their lives. These women are the the wife and daughter of Roman, who is devastated at their loss. Both men struggle to come to grips with staggering tragedy of the situation, but in the aftermath of the tragedy, they are surprised to find the ability to move forward through each other.
