Thomas Fiorini is a successful developer and an upstanding member of the community. He has it all: Money, a stunning wife, and first child on the way. Two of his employees Matt, his lead foreman and ex-convict Tony Bricker, a sub contractor who is trying to turn his life around. Unfortunately, the good times come to a screeching halt as Matt and Tony start to vie for top position in the boss's construction company hierarchy and tensions flare. After a violent altercation with Tony, Matt mysteriously disappears and Tom's suspicions force him to fire Tony. In the period following his dismissal, Tony's behavior becomes more erratic and menacing, which leads Tom down a spiral of confrontations and decisions with slippery people and hit men that ultimately bring Tony to his breaking point.
