All Ashore

Mickey Rooney (Breakfast at Tiffany's) stars in a musical spectacular about three sailors on leave in Los Angeles. Rooney plays Moby Dickerson a wide-eyed rube who constantly falls for the tricks of his shipmates Joe (Dick Haymes State Fair) and Skip (Ray McDonald Good News). The three sailors end up on the island of Catalina where they continue to get into comedic situations and all fall in love. Directed by Richard Quine (Bell Book and Candle) and written by Blake Edwards and Richard Quine (The Pink Panther) ALL ASHORE is a film with big musical numbers great dancing and lots of laughs!
