This new album follows the release of Anthony Wonsey's debut recording, Anthonyology, which announced the arrival of a new, young pianist with a mature style. Wonsy was heavily influenced by Bud Powell and performs 4 of his compositions, in addition to 6 other tracks on this album, accompanied by Christian McBride on bass and Carl Allen on drums.
