Anyone interested in Swedish or European jazz music will have a knowledge of the great Swedish jazz singer Monica Zetterlund who died only a few years ago. This album features Monica with her regular trio led by pianist Lars Bagge performing at the famous jazz cafe Katalin in the University City of Uppsala. The selection of material is a choice of songs made famous in Sweden through Monica, sung both in English and Swedish and the evening is very representative of Monica's artistry.
