The gaming industry has reached it's peak and made gameplay indistinguishable from reality. In response, the government creates Department C - a special unit of Censors to police the virtual world. When a top Censor becomes unable to distinguish games from reality his partner must hunt him down and terminate his authority by any means necessary.
