Broken down, alcoholic, and out of options, former rodeo rider Mike Milo (Clint Eastwood) got a sketchy opportunity from old boss Howard Polk (Dwight Yoakam): Drive to Mexico City where Polk's young son (Eduardo Minett) lived with his ex, and then kidnap him.
