Cowboy Troy isn't exactly an average guy... throw in the fact that his debut release, LOCOMOTIVE, debuted at #2 on the Billboard country album chart, followed by his second successful album, BLACK IN THE SADDLE, and one can quickly see that his convergence of country, rap, and rock, which Troy dubbed "hick-hop", has become a new genre.
