Back in 1996, nine college students headed off for a fun weekend at a lake house on Horse Creek. At that house they discovered it's horrific past when the story of Dorchester Stewart, aka Crinoline Head, and his doll maker mother, who once lived at the house, was uncovered. That weekend six of the students were killed, two survived, and one went missing.

Now years later, one of the survivors, Paul Donner (Jason Vail, Gut, Abraham Lincoln Vs. Zombies) is a professor at the same college he once attended. His students discover an old newspaper article telling the story of his tragic weekend and decide to embark out to the old lake house to find out more about Crinoline Head. They were looking for answers but discovered something more terrifying.
