The music, including a dramatic ballet sequence, is by Erich Wolfgang Korngold, one of classic Hollywoods premier composers, who had earlier provided memorable scores for Flynns The Adventures of Robin Hood and The Sea Hawk. Costars Gig Young and Eleanor Parker add depth to the tale of love and commitment, and Peter Godfrey (who helmed Flynns Cry Wolf) directs.
