Kult are back! The Italian formation, that unleashed the old school Black Metal beating with "Unleashed From Dismal Light" five years ago, are finally releasing their third album. "The Eternal Darkness I Adore" represents cleary a development of the quartets sound. The band consists of musicians from Darvaza, Deathrow, Fides Inversa and Blut aus Nord. So far it´s the most obscure work of the band, which shows Kult with distinctly engaging atmosphere, without losing the well known straight in-your-face riffing. During the nine tracks and a playtime of almost 45 minutes, Kult are creating a vortex, that intensifies with every listening. Tortured by grief, "The Eternal Darkness I Adore" creates a flaming hatred, that noticeably discharges. Corresponding to their name, the Italians create a world, in which damnation becomes reality and darkness is worshipped. Kult formed in 2001 and were able to quickly elaborate a topnotch reputation in the Black Metal-Underground. Their first album "Winds Of War" (2006, Debemur Morti Productions) was received very well and draw the attention of Folter Records. The Berlin-based cult-label finally signed the band in 2013. "Unleash From Dismal Light" confirmed all expectations within the same year and received positive feedback worldwide. "The Eternal Darkness I Adore" is the bands highlight so far and should, again, cloak the world in desolate, gloomy atmosphere, from which there is no escape.
