In 1962, he signed with Frank Sinatra's Reprise Records, and -just as most singers from the Fifties were seeing their careers implode - Dean's career was spectacularly reborn. He had grown tired of hearing his son raving over the Beatles, and told him he could still record a #1 hit that would blow his little 'pallies' right off the charts. And that's exactly what he did. In August 1964, Everybody Loves Somebody knocked the Beatles from #1! The following year, he launched 'The Dean Martin Show,' one of the most successful series in the history of television. Dean Martin had never really been away, but now he was back!
