Roger Moore is Rufus Excalibur ffolkes, a wealthy, misogynistic, cat-loving counterterrorism expert, in this witty adventure yarn that takes a few digs at the "007" genre. When extortionist Lou Kramer (Anthony Perkins) threatens to blow up a North Sea oil platform and it's drilling rig unless he's paid 25 million pounds, the British government hires ffolkes and his highly trained team to save the day.
