A supremely talented young singer and songwriter, Miami native Don Philip first hit the airwaves back in 1999 when he sang the duet, "I Will Still Love You," on Britney Spears' debut album and contributed the original track, "Sugar," to the soundtrack of the teen-oriented motion picture, "Drive Me Crazy." Since then Don has honed his songwriting skills and soulful singing, focusing now on his own projects and the results show an emerging artist that has finally come into his own. Philip's full length solo album "Energy" displayed 16 original compositions of carefully constructed dance pop that revealed Philip as one of the best new artists to emerge from the Miami dance scene in quite a while. One of the standout tracks from Don's album, "For Love" is presented here with the intention that the proceeds from the single go to benefit the He Cares foundation, an organization that helps extremely poor street children in Metro Manila, Philippines by providing basic needs like food, clothing, education and medical assistance, as well as spiritual support.
