When she's asked to address the Essence Festival in New Orleans, self-help media diva Ryan (Regina Hall) decides to invite her college-days crew-scuffling gossip blogger Sasha (Queen Latifah), uptight divorced mom Lisa (Jada Pinkett Smith), and never-grew-up loose cannon Dina (Tiffany Haddish)-to have their first reunion in years.
