Neapolitan gangster Ciro Di Marzio (Marco D'Amore) had long eyed a bigger role in his Camorra clan headed up by Pietro Savastano (Fortunato Cerlino). With Pietro's arrest, however, his pampered son Genarro (Salvatore Esposito) would make a bid for power-putting Ciro in the crosshairs for internal division with the clan, to say nothing of it's rivals.
