Product Notes
This Baroque and classical CD is being released to provide hope, comfort and spiritual healing in a time of personal and national crisis. Newman's many talents as conductor, harpsichord/organ soloist and record producer are widely recognized in the U.S. and Europe. This has been produced as a national fundraiser for Making Headway, a non-profit foundation dedicated to the care of children with brain and spinal cord tumors. Newman has been a volunteer for Making Headway for many years, and a portion of the profits will be donated to the organization. It will appeal to fans of Cecilia Bartoli, John Eliot Gardiner, Neville Mariner and Trevor Pinnock. Includes selections for organ, harpsichord, fortepiano, chamber ensemble, solo vocals and choral groups.
