Barbara Eden returns as one of the most popular television characters of all time in this movie-length comedy. Jeannie is upset when her master Major Nelson (Wayne Rogers TV's "M*A*S*H") forgoes retirement and takes on one more space mission. Add into that the fact that Jeannie's sister Jeannie II (also Eden) comes back to town to cause some mayhem and Jeannie must come up with some new tricks to make everything all right. Bringing back memorable cast members from the series (such as Bill Daily TV's "The Bob Newhart Show") as well as some new characters; including a new son (Mackenzie Astin Iron Will), makes for an exciting return to the series.
