Conjuring 8 odes of the finest Black Metal, drawing on the works of Fredrick Nietzsche, becoming the harbinger of a dark prophecy on the pestilence of humanity and the path and virtues of self-improvement. Allied in a mysterious, unholy pact with renowned USA label Moribund Records, SVARTFJELL meets a sinister and foreboding milestone in it's birth with it's first full-length studio album! SVARTFJELL exists as an invocation, a witness upon the rebirthing of the world from the ashes and storms of it's own destruction. As humanity sails on the seas of inertia, SVARTFJELL raises the storm, the spell upon which life can begin anew, stronger than before, vanquishing those who cast themselves to the pyres of failure. Hearne paints a dark figure, standing upon the summit of the black mountain, towering on the horizon, holding aloft the scepter of night eternal! Manifesting cataclysm to rid the world of the scourge of humanity, fire and magma pour from the mountain's wounds and cast a deep vermilion glow on the raging storms above. Dark and monstrous howls clamor over searing prophetic distorted guitars and apocalyptic, thunderous drums! A cacophony of strings laces the movements with a sense of melody resembling the eye of the storm! SVARTFJELL conjures 8 esoteric tracks that promise to drag you to the end of times, through storms! And fire! And blood!
