With the release of in the Absence of Light, the second full-length album from Abigail Williams, media and fan alike can no longer question exactly what the band is.... that being one solid, riffing, intense black metal band. Recorded at Conquistador Studios in Cleveland, Ohio, eight new songs comprise this very important recording for the band. Vocalist/guitarist Sorceron with engineer Cole Martinez commanded the audio takes while Peter Tagtgren (Dimmu Borgir, Immortal, Celtic Frost) mixed the tracks. The record was mastered at Black Lounge Studios in Sweden.
