Kill a Dragon

A small island off the coast of Hong Kong becomes a hotbed of action when a dangerous stash of nitroglycerin washes up on the beach and the locals lay claim to it. But the ruthless gangster (Fernando Lamas) whom it belongs to wants it back, and he's willing to blow everyone up if he doesn't get it.
