Product Notes
In the summer of 1977 in Chicago's PS Studios, legendary blues musician and producer Ralph Bass held a number of now mythical sessions that would feature some of the biggest names and best acts blues music had to offer from around the globe. Up first were sets from men that need no introduction. Backed by an incredible roster of equally skilled musicians including Sunnyland Slim on piano, Fred Below on drums and Willie Black on bass, bluesmen Lacy Gibson and Joe Carter step forward to serve up their best on tracks including 'Easy Woman', 'Sweet Home Chicago' and 'Stormy Monday'.
