A miner and his daughter Dhyana (Kelly Preston) fall prey to the evil dictator Jared-Syn'sreign of terror. Dogen (Jeffrey Byron) the brave peacekeeping ranger, must save Dhyanaand the rest of her planet from the of Jared-Syn (Mike Preston), his son, Baal (R.
