And God for Lunch" was recorded at "Abyss Studios" with Tommy Tägtgren and mixed/mastered by Jonas Kjellgren and clearly shows the band completely revitalized as a quartet. The message nowadays is not only nonsense and rubbish, but rather with a underlying message. Such as the opener "Insecticide" where Sterbhaus proclaims that it is high time for a cleansing in Metal to rid it of infections such as Metalcore and their likes. Have you heard Sterbhaus before?
