Tommy Morgan was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Racketeer Lew Adams and his cronies stole thousands of dollars' worth of bonds, but Tommy got nabbed for the job and wound up in prison. And Tommy's sister, Linda, is determined to see her brother set free. At grave risk to herself, Linda sets out to outwit the criminals at their own game, signing on as a nurse for Adams, whose health is ailing. But Linda soon discovers that it will take great personal sacrifice to free Tommy, perhaps even spending time in jail or infiltrating the den of thieves where death certainly awaits
