Continuing where their 2012 critically acclaimed full-length Wheels of Impermanence left off, Montreal-based prog outfit Heaven's Cry's newest Prosthetic Records endeavor Outcast is a concept album that examines the corruption of governments around the world and incites humankind to rally up and fight as this will be the key to our survival and growth. Outcast was self-produced by the band along with Yannick St-Amand (Despised Icon, Beneath The Massacre).
