When the Ragin Cajun (David Heavener) is fed up with the mob-run, kickboxing life, he leaves town in search of a new life and with a dream of becoming the world's next big country star. In his travels, he finds and falls for a beautiful rising star; played by Charlene Tilton (Dallas), but their happiness is cut short when she is apprehended by Ragin Cajun's old enemies from his kickboxing days.
