Coaxed out of retirement to find a twisted murderer known as "the Tooth Fairy," FBI profiler Will Graham (Edward Norton) seeks help from a man he brought to justice-anthophagous psychiatrist Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins)-and finds himself in a deadly game of wits with both his unknown quarry and the imprisoned Lecter.
