The concept behind the REWIND compilation series was to have Various Artists cover their favorite tracks, revealing their influences and giving new life to classic tunes. Just as with VOL. 3, this collection is 100% cover versions made from scratch (no remixes no re-edits) including 5 completely exclusive tracks, 1 as yet unreleased and 3 more previously unavailable on CD until now. The eclectic line-up includes music by Sharone Jones featuring legendary funkster Lee Fields, Nostalgia 77 featuring Quantic vocalist Alice Russell, exclusive tracks from the highly touted SA-RA Creative Partner and the Platinum Pied Pipers, Nicole Kramer produced by Domu and the first ever track produced by in-demand UK remixers Yam Who.
