It's all about love

February 14 is Valentine's Day, a date with a tradition - since there have been humans on this planet, there has been love and lovers.

The oldest surviving work for Valentine's Day is a rondeau from 1415, written by Duke Charles of Orleans to his wife, which begins: 'I am already sick with love, my sweet Valentine,...'.

But not only poets and thinkers, but also composers and musicians dedicated themselves to the annual festival of love derived from Saint Valentine. This compilation is a homage to love. It includes songs about Valentine's Day and love songs, sometimes balladic, sometimes rocking, sometimes swinging, varied and cross-genre. A collection of very deep emotions!
