In the past Mike Jones used creative ways to help catapult himself from the local nobody rapper to an industry star in no time at all. His newest album, 'Self Made', is a composition of wavering synths, a lot of highs in the snares and hi-hats, and deep, drowning basses. The screwed refrain and some simple scratches top it off.
