Tut Taylor and Norman Blake are Grammy award winners in the folk/traditional folk genre and are legends in their own right. This new recording with Blake, Taylor, and Nancy Black reaches back in time to days when folks gathered at a store around the only radio in town to tune in to the 'Grand Ol Opry' on Saturday nights. It was a simpler time, when people didn't have so many distractions and enjoyed the company of friends and the crackly sound of good music coming from far away places.
