New Jersey cop Nick (Lundgren) heads to Thailand to track down Russian human-trafficking thugs who killed his family after he busts them in New York. Once in Thailand, he teams up with local cop, Tony (Jaa) as their road to retribution leads through high-speed chases and multiple confrontations uncovering corruption, pay-offs and personal vendettas.
