2010 split release that sets new standards for the extreme underground. Their equally (bad) sense of humor makes this split-CD a definite candidate for one of the most talked about releases this year. War from a Harlots Mouth are heading for new ways for their extreme-crossover in between Metal, Grindcore, Hardcore and Brutal Rock. So do Burning Skies. Both bands have the potential to resist to any categorization as they do not accept the established standards and boost the limits of what Brutal Metal can sound like. It all depends on the attitude! Both quintets are combining devastating brutality with a challenging approach to get ahead. War from a Harlots Mouth as well as Burning Skies are driven by daringness, virtuosity and experience. No question they had to do cover versions of each other.
