Steve 'The Colonel' Cropper, guitarist, songwriter and producer has been associated with numerous musical artists from Otis Reading to Wilson Pickett throughout his 50 years plus career. In 1996, was named "the greatest living guitar player" by Britain's Mojo magazine, and when asked what he thought of Cropper, Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards said, "Perfect, man".
