Stuck Outside of Phoenix, the adaptation of the novel by Refreshments co-founder Art Edwards, is a timeless story of a young man trying to make his way in the world. Set in the early 90s in Tempe, AZ-a music scene that would soon take the world by storm, juxtaposed with the burgeoning Grunge scene of Seattle- we follow a 21-year-old bassist through frustration, romance, anxiety and indecision as he tries to find his path through the vagaries and pitfalls of rock n roll.
