Under the leadership of Billy, a group of homeless teens forms a makeshift family that begins to fall apart once Billy injects his blood brother Jacob with HIV, and the contentious pair embarks on a terrifying quest to see who can infect the most people. Meanwhile, Jacob's unrequited love for Billy's girlfriend Rae is put to the test once it's revealed that Rae is pregnant.
