Since their formation in 2016, Tawings is an all-girl band that has attracted attention by performing at SXSW and supporting many overseas artists. The long-awaited first album 'Tawings' released in December 2019 is now available as an LP in white-collar vinyl!

Centered around post-punk/new wave and alternative rock, they have gained support from discerning listeners with their lo-fi and languid sound that is directly linked to overseas indie scenes. The limited analog edition of the album 'Tawings', which was released in advance at the album 'Tawings' release party 'Chocotto Love' held at WWW in February, is finally on sale. 'POODLES' is a relaxed new wave pop number with a danceable beat, cheerleader-like vocals and poetry, 'Invisible' is a cool surf garage number reminiscent of The Cramps, and a comfortable new song with a dreamy shoegaze sound. Contains 8 songs in total, including 'Daffodil', a post-punk number with a tight beat and a guitar riff directly related to Joy Division.
