Product Notes
Time passes on-even in Mayberry, N.C.-but for Cleveland postal inspector Andy Taylor (Andy Griffith), a trip back home to the small town where he once wore a badge proves it's passed very slowly. Back in Mayberry to visit his expectant son Opie (Ron Howard), Andy gives a boost of support to acting sheriff Barney Fife (Don Knotts), and sees a host of familiar faces in Gomer Pyle (Jim Nabors), Goober (George Lindsey), Howard Sprague (Jack Dodson), Ernest T. Bass (Howard Morris), Thelma Lou (Betty Lynn), and the singing Darlings.
