Product Notes
The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (1982) A sheriff named Ed Earl enjoys an amicable relationship with Miss Mona, who runs the whorehouse on the edge of town. Even though what she is doing is technically illegal, she runs a clean business that is enjoyed by many of the residents and particularly by the winners of the annual football game between University of Texas and Texas A&M, who enjoy the ladies' services free of charge as a victory prize. Unfortunately, interference from a big-city personality exposes the existence of the chicken ranch, and Ed has a very difficult time keeping the rumors contained. If he is to keep his job as upholder of the law, he must find a way to make the ranch legal. Actor(s) Burt Reynolds, Dolly Parton, Dom DeLuise, Charles Durning, Theresa Merritt
