Product Notes
Blake Edwards (Pink Panther films, Victor/Victoria) directs a medical mystery thriller based on a novel written by Michael Crichton (ER, Jurassic Park). When pathologist Dr. Peter Carey (James Coburn) brings his West-Coast counterculture ways to a Boston hospital, he quickly causes a stir. But things only become more tense when the daughter of one of his new colleagues dies after an illegal abortion-and Dr. Carey uses his forensic skills to defend the doctor accused of causing the girl's death.
