Product Notes
Director William Friedkin's modern horror classic, adapted from William Peter Blatty's bestselling novel, defined a genre and launched a host of imitators. Linda Blair stars as Regan, the 12-year-old daughter of movie actress Chris MacNeil (Ellen Burstyn), whose usage of a Ouija board appears to have unleashed malevolent spirits, resulting in Regan's possession by demonic forces. In her desperation, Chris enlists the help of two priests (Jason Miller, Max Von Sydow), who confront the powers of Hell-and their own inner demons-to save the young girl. Extended director's cut; 132 min./Theatrical version; 122 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.
