Dr. David Cochran is examining a body of a fisherman who has been dead for hours - as he explains that fact to a colleague. As lightning flashes outside, the scientists hook an electrical charge up to the body. For a moment, the fisherman sits up, seemingly alive again thanks to the charge. But when the equipment overloads and explodes, the man is back to dead again. Even though they technically weren't responsible for the man's first death, they dump the body, which is found, creating a police investigation. To add complication, the two doctors, one of their wives and a female friend also try to use the lab to conjure up love spells and a little voodoo. Their reanimation experiments soon extend to a dog, and eventually wind up in the death of the two women. Except in this film, the dead don't stay dead... Crime/Thriller/Drama Runtime: 72 minutes B&W
