The Good Neighbor

Just-moved David (Luke Kleintak) seemed to be striking up a friendship with guy next door Robert (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) when the two were involved in a hit-and-run. While David, who'd been driving, is consumed with guilt, Robert decided that their mutual silence would form a lasting bond... and he'd go to any measures to preserve it once the victim's sister (Eloise Smith) opted to investigate.
