Product Notes
Pulse-pounding, award-winning action and drama combine in these four British films about World Wars I & II. The Sound Barrier (1952/109 min.) is the Oscar winning fictionalization about the first British jet jockeys to surpass the speed of sound. King & Country (1964/86 min.) is about a soldier charged with desertion after his unit is annihilated by the Germans during WWI. Angels One Five (1952/98 min.) follows the grim exploits of a fighter pilot determined to help save his homeland during the Battle of Britain. And the Captive Heart (1946/86 min.) is about a concentration camp escapee who takes the identity of a dead British officer to ride out the war as a POW. These hard-to-find British classics come specially packaged in a metal tin case. Black & White / NR / full screen.
