Two titans of movie muscledom, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren, team up in this sci-fi actioner. Killed while serving in Vietnam, Luc Deveraux (Van Damme) Andrew Scott (Lundgren) are brought back to life as bionic super-soldiers GR44 and GR13 in a secret government program. But when GR44 begins remembering his human past and escapes, GR13 is sent to "terminate" his former comrade.
