From director Zalman King (Red Shoe Diaries, Two Moon Junction) comes a tale of sex, passion and erotic taboos set against the backdrop of the rich and powerful. Emily (Carre Otis) hopes to land a job with an international law firm. Soon, she finds her life inexplicably changed when her new employer whisks her off to Rio de Janeiro. Once there, Emily meets the handsome and mysterious millionaire James Wheeler (Mickey Rourke of Diner, The Wrestler, Sin City), who challenges her to explore her sexuality, blurring the lines between romance, love and carnal desire. Wild Orchid also stars Jacqueline Bisset (The Deep, Welcome To New York) and Bruce Greenwood (Capote, Star Trek Into Darkness).
